What is Pixifi?
Pixifi is an all-in-one studio management platform for photographers that brings lead capture, proposals, e-signature contracts, invoicing, payment plans, scheduling, staff coordination, a client portal and workflow automation into a single system.

Four stages. You set them up once, and every job after that follows the same path without you touching it.
A contact form, booking page or manual lead creates a client record in Pixifi. An automation replies within seconds with your availability, pricing guide and next step — so you never lose a booking to the photographer who answered faster. Lead source, package interest and event date are captured on the record for later reporting.
Send a branded proposal with packages and optional add-ons the client can choose themselves. They pick, sign the contract electronically on their phone, and pay the retainer in the same flow. The date moves from tentative to booked on your calendar automatically, and the crew you need is blocked out with it.
Split the remaining balance into a payment plan and Pixifi charges the card on the dates you set. Overdue invoices get polite, automatic reminders on a cadence you control. Stripe, Square and PayPal all work, and every payment lands against the event so your numbers stay clean.
Prep instructions, shot lists, gallery delivery, review requests and anniversary check-ins all fire from workflows tied to the event date. The referral email you always meant to send goes out on day thirty, whether or not you remembered.
