Why staffing is where growing studios actually break
A solo photographer needs a calendar. A studio with associates, second shooters, assistants and editors needs to know who is available, who is confirmed, who has been briefed, who has been paid, and whether Saturday's three events are all covered. That coordination usually lives in group texts, and group texts do not scale past about two weekends.
